As of March 1, 2024, Hunger Solutions Minnesota has merged with The Food Group Minnesota under a parent-subsidiary structure. Hunger Solutions remains a 501(c)(3) organization (EIN #36-3567366), with The Food Group Minnesota serving as its sole member.
Hunger Solutions Minnesota will continue its commitment to transparency by undergoing an annual audit and providing yearly 990 filings and audited financial statements.
