PROP Food Shelf
PROP Food Shelf is a choice model food shelf, which means individuals choose the types of food they want. Quantity of food available is based on family size. PROP offers an extensive menu of food including essential items to stock a kitchen pantry, such as pasta, beans, breakfast goods, baking goods, boxed meals, and canned goods; as well as perishable items such as milk, eggs, and meat.

The food shelf is available to families and individuals generally once a month. New households are encouraged to call and make an appointment to speak with a case manager to review needs and determine additional resources PROP can provide.
Home delivery is available for those seniors that are homebound located in Eden Prairie. Senior’s pre-order selected food each month and PROP delivers straight to their door.
