Passing the Bread Food Distribution
Food distribution available to residents with Princeton (55371) and Zimmerman (55398) zip codes. Passing the Bread is a once a month, the last Saturday of the month, food distribution. We offer approximately a week of fresh dairy, eggs, meat, fruits, and vegetables in addition to canned and packaged food. Clients can also “shop” for free clothing and misc household items in our blessings corner.
COVID-19 Update: We are happy to announce we will be able to continue to serve the Zimmerman and Princeton communities with food distributions. Passing The Bread is going to make these changes to future distributions. Please note, only authorized personnel will be allowed in the distribution center, our doors will be locked, and no clients will be allowed inside. Food will be prepackaged and clients arriving Saturday mornings will be instructed to line up on 5th Street West, not enter the parking lot, and not get out of their cars. A volunteer will meet clients at their vehicles and will fill out the application for them. Clients don’t need to touch the applications and will not be asked to sign them. When the clients’ number comes up, they will be instructed to drive up to the big door and a volunteer will load their food.
