Mahtomedi Area Food Shelf
The Mahtomedi Area Food Shelf (MAFS) serves those living in the City of Mahtomedi and all surrounding communities including Willernie, Pine Springs and White Bear Lake. Food pick-up days are Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8:30 am – 1:30 pm, by appointment. Food shelf visitors now have the option to shop for food or items can be pre-packed, if preferred.
The MAFS provides pantry staples such as soups, vegetables/fruits, beans, baking items, cereal, pasta, pasta sauce, rice; dairy and non-dairy items such as milk, non-dairy milk, eggs, yogurt and cheese; and a variety of frozen meats such as ground beef, chicken, pork and fish. Also available are paper products and toiletry items.
Please call the MAFS appointment scheduling line to schedule your shopping or food pick-up appointment– we recommend scheduling your appointment more than a week in advance to ensure you can get in. Appointments are required to shop for food.
Emergency bags of food available on walk-in basis most days.
