HopeBridge Food Shelf
Primarily serves residents of New Hope, Crystal and Plymouth but will serve anyone. We are an appointment-based food shelf offering in-store shopping to let families select the food that best meets their wants and needs.

If you do not have an email address, speak with a HopeBridge representative and we will help you sign up and schedule an appointment.
If you need to cancel your appointment, email HopeBridge (foodshelf@newhopechurchmn.org) or leave a message at 763-536-3284. Provide your first and last name along with the date and time of your appointment.
If you’re unable to get to the food shelf, email us. We encourage in-person visits; however, we may be able to deliver food to those unable to leave their homes. We offer a limited delivery service in our immediate area on the 2nd Monday of each month. Contact us for more details.
