The Food Group does not collect names or contact information in this screening tool. We only track general results, such as whether someone appears eligible or not eligible for SNAP. This information is used internally to understand community needs, improve our services, and support efforts to strengthen SNAP and food access in Minnesota. Individual responses are not connected to any person.
