A Message From the Director

On behalf of all of the staff of Hunger Solutions Minnesota, I want to take the opportunity to thank you for all of your hard work during this busy holiday season and throughout the year. The need is so great in your communities and the pressure to keep up must at times seem unbearable but you will do everything in your power to see that no one is turned away.

I wish that I could see any let up in the near future for your services at the food shelves. Even with the promising increases from the Farm Bill and the generosity of your neighbors, folks will need your assistance tomorrow, next week and next year. We at Hunger Solutions Minnesota are committed to increasing the public awareness of the hunger issue, making sure that all needy Minnesotans are able to take advantage of every public dollar they are entitled to and working to increase your resources and service delivery.
