Invite a Food Shelf to Participate in the HSM Blue Ribbon Food Shelf Initiative

HSM is now offering YOU the opportunity to recommend any food shelf in Minnesota participate in our HSM Blue Ribbon Food Shelf Initiative.

Recognition as an HSM Blue Ribbon Food Shelf is a great way to acknowledge the food shelf staff, volunteers and board members for their dedication and hard work. It’s also useful in that being distinguished as Blue Ribbon helps to let the community know their local food shelf is credible and accountable.

If you’d like to recommend a food shelf to participate in the HSM Blue Ribbon Food Shelf Initiative contact Cathy Patterson at cpatterson@hungersolutions.org or call 651-789-9844/800-782-6372 ext. 15. Just let us know the name of the food shelf you recommend and that food shelf will be notified that a confidential request for their participation has been made. Food shelves are not obligated to participate in the Initiative if invited. We look forward to hearing from you!
